we ran out of oil and don`t know how to start it after the refill it sounds like it wants to start but isn`t

oil could be airbound follow the small oil line from tank to oil pump thats where you will see a bleed port, open catch oil with can hit reset till you get good flow shut unit off,close port turn unit on might need to hit reset again.Good luck might have dirty parts
