The pressure gauge goes out of the black bar when the heating is turned on,going over pressure.
How can i balance the pressure ?ive been told its done using a foot pump, to balance the pressure vessel.
Ive found the valve on top of the boiler but i am not sure of the procedure for doing it.

my worcester 28i jnr trips out after about 3hrs on the heating. you can reset then it works again for ashort period of time then trips out again any ideas.

you need to blow the pressure off on the boiler, and generally done by opening pressure release valve.
p.r.v held open inflate expansion vessel to 1 bar. close prv and top up to 1.5 bar.

notes: prv will probably leak afterwards but sometimes a couple of quick snap shut moves on it before you top up will make sure it seats a bit.

try pressing pin in in vessel valve to see condition of vessel.

nothing out valve-may just need re-charged
water out valve-diaphragm prop shot, new vessel
