My Radio does not swich on with on off control,(1)
Nor my Ignition Key.
Fuses have been checked and are OK.
Is it possible to purchase A plan of electrical
connections for this item.

There is normally a plug/socket wiring diagram label on the radio casing.
Using a multi-meter or test lamp this will prove the battery and chassis/earth at the wiring socket.
