The timer on my Worcester Bosh 24i junior greenstar doesn't work?

The hot water is fine, the heating works when I switch the boiler on to constant, but I can't get the timer to work, it doesn't turn or keep time. Any ideas? Would it be a simple case of a fuse (and therefore nice and cheap)?

Any help appreciated.
