someone stole my laptop and configured it using there own password ?

ive recently had my laptop returened but carnt log on as the person/s who stole it have configured it for there own use using there own username and password, how do i fix this problem, i dont have a windows disk to reboot it?

Once you have got it going, register it with the manufacturer so that if it is used by a thief, it can be detected and the thief arrested.

Take it to a computer shop with Proof of ownership and ID and they will sort it out for you.

Obviously I am not going to tell you how to do it on an open forum (and I hope that no one else will either) as it would encourage more thefts such as you have been the victim of.
