The TV has become "locked" with some sort of parental lock but since we do not have the manual we do not know how to unlock it? Does anyone have a manual that could look up the answer for us?
press the f and mute buttom on the remote to unlock it, I found this on the web as I was looking for the code for the remote for this TV, hope it will help.
