i have used this printer before and have had no problem downloading the drivers before. i have no disk. now, i have been to different websites, but so far it says it has been installed, no printer icon on my taskbar. and no icon comes up that says found new hardware. the printer is plugged up, does print a test page from the menu on the printer. says ready answer fax. but no printing.

Get the drivers from www.lexmark.com. Ensure that download the correct ones for your OS e.g. XP, Vista, etc.
