Hi Jenny, you've had a 4 digit pin code on your sim card which you've guessed wrong 3 times in a row, it then would have asked you for a PUK code. Your PUK was available from your service provider free but now you've tried to guess the PUK & blocked your sim..
Either a new sim or speak to your service provider & they will sort it for you.

you need to phone your sevice provider or go onlime.you need the imie number (*#06#)the number will come on screen.tell your service provider the iemie number..they will give you a code.you then put that code in on phone and away you go.then if you puk your phone again..insert same number and itll work again.1 code is unique to each phone
