my hja8630 seems to be stuck on a drain cycle?

its new but i cant find my receipt as ive just moved house... any ideas

Hi Hillary

It could be that you have stopped it in a drain cycle - some dishwashers will start where they left off - turning the power off at the wall for a few minutes may help - failling that, go to the Howdens depot where it was purchased, and the store manager may be able to authorise a repair, even without the receipt. Of course, the tradesperson who bought the appliance may also have a copy of the invoice?

Hi Hilary, turn off the power at the plug amd take off the lower front plate.You will more than likely find water in th base.drain and dry.As its new, check or have a builder etc check that the fitter has taken out the plug for the sink spigot when installed. If all is clear,the machine should now run. All the best.
