Hi Mike, if you take off the front silver plinth, turn off the power, look behind the heater wires and you will see a black stat with a red button or white stat with red button.This is the reset you are after.just press.
If it has tripped and it is black you will have to buy a new white one as they are better.If it has not tripped, it may be the element or even possibly the pcb.
Check the heater element for continuity if you have a meter.Look at the pcb and the brown and white wires connected to the centre of the pcb.see if there is scorching.All the best.
