Has the keyboard had liquid spilled on to it?

If so, you need to disassamble the keboard and clean all of the key contacts

The most common answer to this is that youve got a foreign laptop
On a normal computer you get default usa instead of english
Did it used to work before?
Im not sure how you change a laptop keyboard as it might be set in the eeprom chip which stores all the info etc
