IQon ram upgrade?

I have an Iqon tower unit pc (Tesco special) and I want to add more ram so it doesn't slow down when I forget myself and try to push it too hard. anyone know what type I should use? I've looked at memory online and there seem to be different megahertz ratings. Whats the story?
