I have a tv with built in freeview. I cannot gat any freeview channels except channel4. When i tried to rescan the channels the d menu said unavaliable as did the guide.

In order to receive Freeview you need a good outdoor aerial and, in some cases, an aerial amplifier too.

If you are trying to use anything other than that (such as indoor or loft) then you are on a loser.

So if you have an outdoor aerial check and remake all the connectors and if that fails its alignment.

If you haven't you need to get one.
