can someone tell me how to enter code on my vauxhall safira car radio siemens VDO CDR 500(E) it displays 5 SAFE when you press AS and switch on radio thanks in advance

5 SAFE means that you have entered several wrong codes.
Leave the radio switched ON UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to reset.

Then make sure you have the correct code
