valiant turbomax plus 824e ?

my hot water keeps going cold & my boiler keeps starting up even when no hot water running or c/heating on.
Any help or advice very much appreciated.

It might be that you have the 'warm start' mode operating to keep the water temp up ready for a demand. To turn off warm start move the water temperature control knob all the way to the left for a short period and the green light will not illiuminate
