How can I fix my Panasonic TX36pf10 television. There is no picture, but there is sound.

Perform 'self check' by pressing "-/V" button on set & "status" button on handset together. To exit switch off with power button.

Note: This will reset your TV to factory condition and you will then have to retune the TV.
