I would like to make my Samsung DVD6700 region free. I can't find any instructions on the internet for this model.

If its a model V6700S try:-
1 Turn On
2 on the remote press subtitle button
3 on remote enter 5, 7, 5, 3, 8.
4 region 2 should appear in the left hand corner, press 9 to make region free and then press the subtitle button
5 open and close tray twice
6 power down then back up and it should be region free
