Why does my potterton gas boiler keep locking out?

My potterton gas boiler keeps locking out while the system is going. It will correct as soon as I press the reset button but I have to keep checking it. This happens several times a day.

Mine is doing the same and an Engineer has just advised that the PCB has broken. This is a replacement of an earlier PCB. The second in 7 years?
