How can I fix my Samsung bottom freezer Refrigerator model # RB195BSSB?
The freezer is not keeping a steady temperature and we were told by a serviceman that the 'defrosting thermostat' needed to be replaced. We cannot afford the bill for that, so can we order the part and fix it ourselves? Where is the defrosting thermostat located? I cannot find it on any parts websites. Thank you.
should be located in the freezer matrix, see if there is a cover at the back of the inside of the freezer compartment, take it out use a hear dryer to defrost the ice first, then feed thermistor to this matrix
