I have my bobbin winder assembly replaced 4x in 2 years. Although the dealer is cooperative, this is very frustrationg. Any idea on why these assemblies keep failing?

Winder run at very high speed and if you do not oil them they will seize up quite quickly, a few drops of WD40 down the spindle before you start to sew.
