How are you able to check the inside of the washer If there is no screws that look like you could remove that would access the back of the washer. It is a Whirlpool heavy duty- super capacity Plus, Supreme 7 cycle 2 speed

Look up from underneath. Back panel doesn't unscrew. Alternatively, open the top control panel & you will find two large spring clips. Lever them out & whole body cabinet will pull forward and down to expose tub & chassis.
