External PIR floodlight info?

1. I wish to put 5 No, External PIR floodlights on one circuit
can this go onto an existing external lighting circuit(non floodlight) or do i need to use a higher watt fuse from consumer unit?

2. Can somone explane how to wire in switch so that lights can be either
A. off
B. Operated by PIR sensor
C. permenently on, until switched off or back to PIR.

Do I need a special switch or special floodlight. (in my last property PIR floodlight could be made to stay on by switching off then on in quick motion. I'm not sure how the wiring worked to allow this))

you need a 3 position switch, sensor and floodlight
neutral goes to floodlight
at the switch
its like 2 circuits
position 1 live goes to pir then from pir to lamp
position 2 off
position 3 live goes to lamp

position 1 operates pir
position 2 off
position 3 lamp on constant

alternative is to buy a sencorlight with that function. they are like gold dust.
