Your question is puzzling. Do you mean the freezer has to work below 10 degrees or the garage works below 10 degrees? Are you talking about degrees celsius of fahrenheit? Freezing point in celsius is 0 degrees so any freezer will be cooling below 0 degrees. So you will have to explain the question a bit better if you want an answer.
