Mitsubishi vs-4503r?

I have tried resetting the password using QV and 9 at the same time, but EXt 1 abd 2 aew still locked, what am I doing wrong

the code does not reset the password, it just bypasses it that one time. I have to do QV and 9 everytime, no password.
