The hot water has stopped working on my DIPLOMAT ADP8221?

My Diplomat adp8221 is unable to heat the water and I have checked the manuel but all it says is contact after-sales service. Please help!!!!!!

Hi Babs, it could be the heater is open circuit or the stat has tripped.It really is an engineer visit as parts will have to be fitted.Due to its age, I would have a guess that the element has gone.This will be approx £130 inc labour and vat.All the best.
