How can I get the signal back for my sky the message I get on the tv is default transformer does anyone know what this means and what to d ?

if all the channels are saying no signal the most likely cause is the dish needs realigning of it only appears on a few could be your box. a good way to find out is to press services select option 4 then press signal test if both bars are over half way most proberbly the box if any of them are under then most likely the aligning
