Every time I switch on the TV my Sagem ITD 602 Freeview box reports that it has found new channels and I have to go through the download proecdure. When it is completed it asks if I want to save them and after a couple of spins of the hourglass it stops and either the program starts or I have to do the download all over again. Can it be repaired or should I junk it. It doesn't appear to have a reset button.
when this hapens select ok to start the scan, when the scan is about a quarter way through click cancel.
then turn off network monitoring in the menu, and this will resolve the problem. then just do a manual search

I have the same problem. Sagem do'nt want to know. I would never buy another sagem product. the software is flawed and now they just don't want to know.
DON'T BUY SAGEM. THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS ITEM AFTER THEY HAVE TAKEN TUOR MONEY!
