We purchased a bissell 12 amp proheat clearview carpet cleaner and it does not seem to put out the water to shampoo your carpet. What is the problem? We have cleaned the cleaner and took it apart to see what the problem is and not it is down to the pump maybe being the problem.
It had 5 cleaning rows of dirtlifter power brush and I could use the help to make this work.

1-read or reread your manual.
2-is the water in the correct reservoir?
3-is the water tank seated properly onto the machine?
4-if you just got it and it does not work properly, take it back to the store and get a different one!
