Sometimes some items don't seem to have been cleaned at all. I've cleaned the filter and used a dishwasher cleaner that you run in an empty machine. still no improvement.
Indesit d63 dishwasher.

Can you rear the pump motor running or the washing bars turning ? Also check by opening the door during a wash ,note the position of the bars , close the door so that the machine starts , open the door and see if the bars have moved ,, you may have to repeat this . If a bar is not rotating you may have a blockage ,if both bars are not rotating and you cant hear the motor running , you probably need a new motor.
