where can I get a screw for Armani bracelet watch ?

Hi,

I have an Armani bracelet strap watch model number AR5530.

The spring and screw that holds the bracelet clasp fastener has fallen out.

The screw has been lost and I would like to enquire if you are able to mend the watch without me having to purchase a new strap?
