Hotpoint Aquarious WF340 will not drain water ?

My machine will do a cycle but water will not drain out.
The on/off light, mini load light and enhanced wash light keeps flashing. Machine won't drain water therefore it won't spin.

Please help.

The error code you have stated is a eeprom setup fault, which would mean calling out Hotpoint, but the control lights (or at least the buttons)you state are flashing are on the WF620-WF645 range. Did you have any work done on your machine?
