baxi combi 105 he, no central heating?

Can anybody help, Have just came back from holiday and left a family member to move a radiator, hot water works fine but the radiators not working.
Pressure gauge is 3 bar in the red
HELP!!!

overpressurising will not cause boiler to not work on a 105e just will cause the pressure relief valve to operate. check the boiler is in heating and water mode and room stat turned up/ heating potentiometer on boiler front. does boiler fire at all on heating ? if it does make sure all valves underneath boiler are open

Have followed your step and reduced the pressure to 1.5 bar and it still does'nt work. the receiver doesn't appear to be receiving any power, has something blown from being over pressurised, if so what and what do i need to do next? thanks!!

Almost certain someone has left the filling valve open which will cause it to over pressurise and to not work.

open radiator bleed screw and catch water with old towel/container or similar until pressure goes back down to around 1.5 bar.
