Repairing a Kitchen Unit Door?

The kitchen unit door underneath the sink needs to be repaired. Over the years water has dripped off the worktop onto the top left corner of the kitchen unit door which has resulted in the corner of the door starting to peel and becoming very flakey.
The rest of the door is in perfect condition, is there an opportunity that the corner of the door can be repaired?

Hi Martyn, no due to the nature of the pulp that is used to make the door, the ingress of water blows the wood chips.I would go back to the company and see if they still do the door/style that you have and try to source a new door. All the best.
