new light fitted in dinning room low energy bulbs x3 light stays on pemanantly via dimmer switch unable to switch on or off unless via junction box ????????
Not quite sure of your exact problem. ? Have any of the wires been changed round in ceiling rose when fitting new lights? Also check suitability of your low energy bulbs for use with a dimmer switch. Not all are compatilbe.
