My Pc keeps freesing up and i have done a full restore and someone said it may be my procesor,,I have no idea ..I thought a do hat eformat may be i good idea ..What do you think?

boot from cd rom and select c:with cdrom support then select
cdrom drive and type cd win9x then entre now type format c: then press entre.

d:win9x>format c:

check cpu temp is not going up or use microscope diagnostics
to check memory for errors as it may be bad memory.
