This is my second replacement steam buggy and just as the first one no steam will come out. I have the platinum series. It will warm up but no matter how long I leave it on NO STEAM. Does anyone have a customer relations phone #? I purchased both NIB off ebay. The seller I believe is reputable as he told me to keep the first one for parts for all the trouble and now the second one is doing the same thing.....nothing! He will refund my money but I really like the SB. I have used them before with great results. I can't imagine I got 2 faulty ones in a row. I keep thinking I am doing something wrong. But, it should just turn on and wait for steam but to no avail!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
