Exactly what is is "blowing"? Is it actually a fuse that you have to replace it rewire, or is it some kind of breaker or trip that you have to reset? If it's the latter, them is it the breaker for just that circuit or is it the big breaker with a "Test" button on it that switches off a load of circuits. Details can be important so be accurate.
If it's the big breaker, it could be a failed element giving an earth fault and I fear that replacement is likely the best option as the element isn't sold separately, only as part of the boiler. It costs almost as much as a new cleaner and there's no guarantee that's the problem.
