Don't know what your code is, but here's how to reset it:
This will probably work for most Orion V-Chips... I figured it out looking at another manufacturer's instructions, on my Orion, turn the volume down to 0, change to a blocked channel (where it asks for V-Chip password), then on the TV (not from the remote) hold the volume down button, and hold the '0' key on the remote for between 2-10 seconds... the screen should unlock and you should have no V-Chip restrictions. You can then use your manual to find out how to set the restrictions you want.
