baxi combi 24 he has stopped working?

i bled my rads and now the faliure light keeps flashing i think its the pressure how do i get hot water again?

top the pressure up via the filling loop it should be by your boiler maybe by a silver braded hose. top it up to 1-1.5 bar on the dial
