Cannon cambridge double oven ?

Cannon cambridge double oven bottom oven the main one does not light properly only the pilot lights. the top oven is ok it has the right time and is plugged & plumbed in properly.any suggestions please

Sounds like the FSD is faulty in the main oven.If it lights on low but stays that way then that is the likely fault.
