windows me lolol
this program is a pain in the butt, ican assume only a couple of this
1.not enough memory---ideally these days you need minimal 512k
2.processor is to small and it is causing the computer to time out.

Perhaps you could tell us a little more here. When exactly does it freeze? Does it boot into windows? Does it freeze when you are doing anything in particular such as starting a particular application, or using your internet connection. Also what is the spec of your PC? Does it come up with a blue screen or just 'freeze up'?
And is your DSL connection USB or Ethernet?
