sharp xe-a102, no buttons work?

the digital display works but no response from any of the keys.

Make sure the paper isn't jammed, set to REG mode. turn power off at wall for 5 seconds, then back on and press CLEAR (CL). If still no go, I'd say you have keyboard failure.
