Hoover Gemini, not spinning?

Hoover Gemini everything works, but will not spin at the end of wash,, any help would be appreciated

I presume you have checked for drive belt in place. Is there any sound when the spin cycle is on? the solenoid myay have failed if the belt is in place.
also would you be kind enough to send a photo or readable image of the top control panel for your machine for reference.
