boiler pilot not lighting?

the spark electrode is not sparking to light pilot light on our potterton neataheat profile 50e

Call for heat - Fan runs - pressure switch detects fan = OK - opens valve to pilot and ignites it - if pilot hot main gas valve opens. If pilot not hot system shuts off gas.

The profile does suffer from dry soldered joints on the circuit boards
