i have a e machine #t2482 i dont have no screen no sound no key board and no mouse .also the light that says on -off will not show help

it sounds like you had a power surge and it has blown your main board as well you need to take your pc apart and test all the parts by themselfs and then replace the parts that are faulty. then buy yourself a surge protector. it will save you a lot of money in the long run and they are cheap. i have repaird

Are you sure it was your power supply. did u replace it with same wattage. May be a silly question but power supplys have a switch on the back to change from 240v to 120v. is it set to 240v
