Thompson DV3 Digital Terrestrial Recorder Problem?

Hi,

I have the above, and seem ot have a sproaddic problem, havin gused the box for a while, and recorded some TV, I now find that whenever I record a new item, the HDD shows 0 hours remaining, although it shows free sapce in the setup menu. Any ideas?
