Locate the round pump filter on the front of the machine (bottom left hand side).
Next to the round pump filter is the pump drain plug.
Slide the pump drain plug.
(If there is still water in the drum above door level, you can drain it here BEFORE you open the door!)
You will see a white round slotted door release which you can turn with a 2 pence piece.
