The cuckoo sounds ten minutes prior to time it should sound. Example - it cuckoos at ten minutes before the hour and at twenty minutes after the hour; instead of on the hour and on the half-hour. Is there a way to fix this myself? Thank you.

you need to remove the minute hand and put it back on the spindle thus making it work on the hour and half hour.
