Yes, it's easy.
1) Order a new screen in China (http://www.chinasuperdeals.com)
2) You need only a screwdriver
3) Remove the back, the battery
4) Unscrew
5) Separate the printed circuit card
6) Disconnect the flat cable, that's the most difficult, because it's small... but it's easy
7) Put the new screen in, connect the cable
8) Rescrew
9) It's done
