my pro heat carpet cleaner will not spray the water from the main machine, it sprays ok from the hand hose and is sucking up any water but it does not wet the carpet with the shampoo. how can i fix this? or where can i get it fixed?

If your Bissell is not spraying from the floor cleaner area it is most likely a clogged line. You can do this yourself! Open machine(unplugged) by access screws located in the rear of unit(4) around the fill bucket area(remove fill bucket to access. There are two more screws up frontby clear plastic cover. Remove cover and tilt handle back cover unit will only come up three to four inches but you should beable to see if a clear tube is clogged or unhooked.
